We wish you and your furry friends to enjoy your MemoCool product. Before we ship your order, we carefully examine all products to make sure they meet our strict quality standards. If something does not meet your expectation or if you need to exchange for a different style or size, please contact us and we are here to help you!

Return Policy

You can return your unused, unwashed MemoCool product in the same condition and original packaging in which you received. You can start the return within 14 days of your receive date using this contact form.

Refunds will be issue to the original form of payment and are processed within 10 days of the receipt of the returned products. You will be refunded for the full amount of purchase plus applicable taxes.

You are responsible for the shipping costs unless we sent damaged or incorrect items, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
