Our bandanas have 2 sets of snap buttons that allows a wide range of neck circumferences per size. Please consult our size chart for detailed illustrations and size selection if you have any question.

We offer two material options for this design:
Scarf in 100% polyester silk satin with machine-rolled edges.
Scarf in 100% natural mulberry silk satin with machine-rolled edges.

If you are seeking for a more glossy looking and a more vibrant color, we strongly recommend the 100% natural mulberry silk. The fabric also feels smoother, softer and slightly thicker, and provides high quality and value as a gift to your family.

All of our photos were studio shot (with minor adjustments) to reflect the actual details of our products.

Our production includes careful human crafting during multiple steps such as fabric cutting and pattern mapping throughout the workflow. Please kindly note that these manual processes introduce variance and small defects to individual products. The products you receive may not look exactly identical to the photos above, and may have very slight variance in shape, pattern, stitching, .etc. details.

Preserve the beauty of your scarf by storing it flat and unfolded.

Polyester Silk: Machine washable and ironable, but frequent, high-temperature and intense washing, drying and ironing may decolorize and damage the bandana.

Natural Mulberry Silk: Dry clean only. Avoid machine drying and ironing.

Avoid frequent exposure to chemicals and strong forces. Unfortunately, the scarf is not chewable by your fur friends as well.

Shipping: We are trying our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. Please kindly give us a little time as we are a very small, family start-up business. | We provide ground shipping which takes about 5 to 7 business days to US and Canada by default. Next-day and express options are also available at checkout. | Shipping costs and time are estimated at checkout, but please be aware the paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes by your local customs office.

Packaging: Purchases are delivered in a cardboard box with MemoCool logo, wrapped by a waterproof mailing bag. Scarves are stored in sealed transparent bag with our logo sticker. | Certain large size items may have other packages.
