Shipping: We are trying our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. Please kindly give us a little time as we are a very small, family start-up business. | We provide ground shipping which takes about 5 to 7 business days to US and Canada by default. Next-day and express options are also available at checkout. | Shipping costs and time are estimated at checkout, but please be aware the paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes by your local customs office.

Packaging: Purchases are delivered in a cardboard box with MemoCool logo, wrapped by a waterproof mailing bag. | Certain large size items may have other packages.
